What's Near campus?

  • Gateway, which houses the Barnes & Noble bookstore, Gradkowski’s Restaurant (owned by former Rocket and NFL quarterback Bruce Gradkowski), Rice Blvd., Jimmy John’s, Yogurt U and 48 loft-style student apartments.
  • Westgate Village Shopping Center is just up the street from UT, with a Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Starbucks, Barry’s Bagels, The Fresh Market, Ritter’s Frozen Custard, Rite Aid and Costco.
  • Franklin Park Mall is 10 minutes north of Main Campus and features more than 170 of your favorite national brand stores, more than 25 restaurants and a movie theater with 16 screens.
